The latest generation of the World Cup-proven tire, the Butcher Grid Trail 2BlissReady, has a completely new tread pattern. Wider shoulder lugs support the load better when cornering hard, while the edges of the shoulder lugs have been moved further inwards. The center tunnels were staggered to ensure a smooth transition when changing bends.

Furthermore, Specialized in-house Gripton® rubber compound improves the high-frequency damping and keeps the tire on the ground better on both small bumps and rough sections. The low frequencies when rolling are allowed through unfiltered, so that no energy is absorbed and the speed remains high. Once you've ridden the Butcher, you'll never want another tire for your trail rides again.
