Chill Zone™ is arguably the most advanced rust preventative in the industry. It just works like magic! Before you give up a frozen crank pin, rusted derailleur spring, seized seat post, or discard your rusted chain, give Chill Zone™ a try. Bike parts that normally need to be replaced can be refurbished for another day's ride.

A special coolant propellant freezes metal down to -50°F/-45°C. This leads to contraction of the metal and creates microcracks in the corroded and galvanically fused metal parts. A penetrating release agent then decomposes and flushes out the rust. With Chill Zone, most seized parts regain full functionality.

application

Simply spray the rusted part for 10-20 seconds and wait 2-3 minutes for the release agent to fully penetrate and break up the rust. For heavily rusted welded parts, spray longer (30-60 seconds) for maximum freezing effect, then wait ten minutes to an hour to fully break up the rust. When rehabilitating a bicycle chain, soak one small section at a time.
