The Dainese Trail Skins range of protectors offers the perfect balance between good driving behavior and protection: for maximum freedom of movement and the highest international safety standards in every discipline. The ideal choice for riders who want to cover long distances both downhill and uphill.

The Trail Skins Air product line focuses on lightness and breathability: the structure of the protectors has been optimized to achieve maximum ventilation and a reduction in weight.

The Trail Skins Air knee pads are designed around the Pro-Shape 2.0 protector, which is inspired by the geometry of naturally occurring auxetic materials. In the event of an impact or stress, these expand simultaneously in all directions, thus increasing the coverage area.

The structure of the Pro-Shape 2.0 protector allows maximum flexibility and adaptability to all knee positions and follows the movements in every phase of the ride. It absorbs 83% of the impact force and does not pass it on to the knee. Its surface is 55% completely open, so that excellent ventilation and excellent heat exchange can be guaranteed - both on the way down and on the way up. Ideal for all drivers who want to tackle long journeys even on the hottest days.

The stability of the knee protector is ensured by a long, breathable stocking on the thigh and a practical elastic band at calf height - even during intensive use.

The additional protector on the outside of the knee is designed to provide protection even when sliding on the ground.
