Cane Creek's Parallel Linkage Design

Thudbuster Parallel Linkage Technology stays on the direct path of the rear wheel's natural stroke. When a bump lifts the end of a bike, the rear wheel pushes up and forward into the rider. The Thudbuster compresses in exactly the opposite direction - down and back - and absorbs the force at the same rate. This leads to a natural feeling of suspension without being overly active and allows more suspension travel without affecting the pedaling position.
