With our PROTECTOR VEST LITE WOMEN you not only get our most comfortable and flexible back protection - we have also tried to design it to be as resource-saving as possible. Our brand new LITESHIELD FLEX protector is responsible for your safety. Made from highly flexible and fully recyclable elastomer, the EN1621-2 Level 1 certified back protector adapts perfectly to your body and your movements, protecting your spine. Thanks to its airy geometry made up of plus and circle elements, it also allows a lot of air to reach your back. The vest itself is made from S.Café® polyester, which is made from recycled PET and mixed with recycled coffee grounds. Coffee grounds? You read that right! One more reason to enjoy your coffee. The result of this fusion is an innovative and highly functional material that wicks away moisture, dries quickly and neutralizes unpleasant odors. The hip belt (not yet recyclable) and the protector (fully recyclable, made from TPE) can be removed for pure recycling. What remains is a vest made of pure and therefore eminently recyclable polyester. The vest has a comfortable, loose fit that can be adjusted with the height-adjustable AIRO FLEX hip belt. There is a small zippered pocket on the back for valuables such as your lift ticket. The vest can also be easily washed in the washing machine. Already noticed? The EVOC star was integrated into the cut of the vest as a stylish visual detail.

S.CAFÉ YARN
A particularly resource-saving and highly functional yarn. Using a patented, energy-saving process, coffee grounds are combined with recycled PET at low temperatures and high pressure. This yarn is processed into moisture-absorbing, quick-drying polyester textile that has odor-inhibiting properties. The bluesign®, OEKO-TEX®, Cradle to Cradle® and GRS certified yarn is recyclable.

LITESHIELD FLEX
The latest protector technology from EVOC offers outstanding impact protection properties and at the same time a new level of flexibility and freedom of movement. The combination of a highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer mixture (TPE) and the geometry of plus and circle elements form the basis for the outstanding ergo-dynamic flex of the LITESHIELD FLEX protector.

AIRO FLEX
AIRO FLEX refers to an extremely stable fabric that is as permeable to air as it is flexible. It is used in our highest quality hip belts and ensures optimal load transfer to the hips while providing maximum ventilation - for maximum comfort.
